    Getting prequalified (or even better, pre-approved) with your Loan Officer is critical to the loan process and allows you to receive an estimate of your total borrowing power.
  2. Choose the best loan program for you
    Together we will find which loan program best fits your home financing needs.
  3. Complete your Loan Application
    This can quickly be done over the phone, in person or online at your convenience.
  4. Loan Processing
    We will run a credit report
    You will be asked to provide Documentation to support the Application Information:
    Income / Employment (Paystubs, W-2’s, Taxes, Social Security Award Letter) Assets (Bank or Retirement statements)
    We will order a Property Appraisal and Title Report for your property
  5. Final Loan Approval
    The complete package will be sent to your Lender for the Final Approval.
