Loan Processing We will run a credit report You will be asked to provide Documentation to support the Application Information: Income / Employment (Paystubs, W-2’s, Taxes, Social Security Award Letter) Assets (Bank or Retirement statements) We will order a Property Appraisal and Title Report for your property Final Loan Approval The complete package will be sent to your Lender for the Final Approval.
